Hello,

It is the problem after you move the server, previously do not have this kind of problem.

When I login as a client on http://domain.com/clientarea.php and test to submit the ticket, I see the problem below:

1) At the 1st time when I click the submit button, the system will show:

· You did not enter your name

· You did not enter your email address

· The email address you entered was not valid

· Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions

Note: I am login to as client to submit ticket, but when 1st time submit the ticket, the system will request again above information.

2) And then I fill in again the information, and submit the ticket, the system keep saying that “Please enter the security code shown in the image - this is required to prevent automated submissions.” Although I fill in the security code correct.

It is the problem I face currently.

The problem is with the new server php sessions. You have local php.ini files in the WHMCS directories that are stopping sessions from working correctly. You will need fix the PHP sessions on the server side start by removing any local php.ini files in any WHMCS directories for that.

Copied the php settings of old server to new one and the issue is fixed. We are able to create a test ticket in WHMCS
