As many of you may received few continous replies from our helpdesk system, we are sorry for this unwanted sittuation. Due to some problem with our HelpDesk system, it has sent an automated messege to all , who have opened a ticket there in a certain interval.

As I mentioned , this is an issue with the helpdesk sytem and we are on this to work it out. We are expecting your cooperation towards this and let me assure you that this will not happen in future.
