When any filters are added using User Level Filtering or Account Level Filtering in cPanel, a blank result shows up.

Check the installed version of your cPanel version by the command,

# grep -H '' /etc/*release /usr/local/cpanel/version /var/cpanel/envtype

This is a bug with the version prior to the latest version cPanel. The bug is fixed in fixed in the latest release of new build 11.25.0 version. To fix the issue, please upgrade the cPanel version in the server.
