After an exim restart it will show as spamd is ok. But /scripts/restartsrv spamd shows failed:

Solution :

>> /scripts/fixspamassassinfailedupdate
>> service exim restart
>> /scripts/restartsrv spamd

That's All Spamd will start with a Charm!
