    Network Maintenance Orlando Data Center - Router Upgrade: Sunday, April 18, 2010

    Dear Ahosting Clients

    This notice is to alert you that we have scheduled a network maintenance that may be recorded by any third party monitoring system you may have for Orlando Data Center.

    On Sunday, April 18th between the hours of 02:00AM EDT and 05:00AM EDT we will be upgrading our core routers as well as doing some redundancy testing.
    The service impact for this is expected to be minimal, 1-2 minutes; however, the possibility always remains that more time will be needed (as with any upgrade).

    If you're having trouble accessing your server(s) during these hours or after your review of monitoring logs, please do not be alarmed. If you experience any problems after the maintenance is complete, please submit a trouble ticket to the help desk and we will investigate any lingering issues.
