IMPACT OF WORK: Brief Outage

As a result of the firewall product success there will be installing a dedicated
aggregation router for the firewall services and the respective switches that
provide this service.

There will be a brief outage as we install the newhardware and then another brief outage
as we optimize the layer 2 or layer 3 paths to take advantage of the new 10GbE linkage.

We have allocated a three hour window for this event due to the volume of changes
that need to be made. However each service should only experience 5 to 10 minutes worth
of packetloss or latency.
