As part of our periodic growth and expansion cycles we will be completing several necessary upgrades to our core and distribution layers. As part of these changes we will also be implementing new designs and topology to provide better service to traffic passing through our network.

These upgrades and changes have the possibility to effect live traffic flows as topologies and active paths re-converge. We expect there to be several brief outages where you may experience packet loss or an increase in latency. These have been planned to be as short as possible to ensure the highest level of service during
this maintenance.

We will also be using this time to review all aspects of our network. If any areas are found to be operating outside of our design specifications will be addressing these issues during this maintenance window.
