Dear Valued Customer:
Please be advised that your server and/or the shared hosting account with us will have a schedueled downtime on July 17th 2005 4am EST.
During this time we anticipate about 2-3 hour downtime window to do some power re-engineering of our data center. Your server might not be down 2-3 hours however we ask you give us that window.
You are advised to let your clients know on the issue about this schedueled downtime.
As you know that we have been migrating to a new pool of IP to give you better service.
Please be sure you are not using the 66.19.xx.xx ips anymore (Only if you were using that pool of IP). If you are still using the old ips , this is the right time to update your dns to the new ips. If you fail to do so after July 17th, the old ips will not work and their will be downtime until you update your ips. Please make the changes today.
If you need help simply open a ticket at our helpdesk with your login information for your registrar where you registered the domain. Also please reply back with your server root password and main IP.
You should be using the 72.29.71.xx ips as of today.
If you have any doubt, then drop us a mail at support_at_ahosting_dot_biz or open a support ticket.
