How do I disable default email address

How do I disable the default email address in my reseller accounts b/c unrouted mail is filling up my default mail boxes in mine and my customer accounts.

I would like to block all non routed mail. How can I do this?

Hi Jukeman,

Please submit a ticket cause we are not monitoring Forum everytime but you can get reply soon if you use helpdesk

for defaul e-mail address ;

1) Log into cPanel and go to "Mail", then the "Default Address" section.

2) Set the 'unrouted email' for the main cPanel user account (username@theirdomain.com) to :fail:

This is a new feature in cPanel. This causes any unrouted mail to fail.
If you are having trouble doing this, please let me know.

Thanks I was not aware of the :fail: feature.

I'll post request for know on through ticket system.
