Export Horde calendar ie Save calendar data to local machine.
1 Login to Horde at http://domain.com/webmail
2 To export your calendar data, first open your calendar by clicking on the Calendar icon at the bottom.
3 Click on the Import/Export icon at the top.
4 Click on "All events" or choose the date range to export. Click on the Export button.
5 A File Download window should open. Save the file locally (such as on your desktop) under an appropriate name, e.g., "calendar.csv".
6 Your calendar is now exported.
Import Horde Calendar ie restrore calendar data to the server from a .csv file in local machine.
1. Log in to Horde at http://domain.com/webmail
2. To import your calendar data, first open your calendar by clicking on the Calendar icon at the bottom.
3. Click on the Import/Export icon at the top.
4. The import feature is in the upper half of the window.
* The format should already be "Comma Separated Values or CSV".
* Be sure to check the box labeled "If importing CSV data: does the first row contain the field names?".
* Click the Browse... button and locate your previously exported file (calendar.csv).
* Finally, click the Import button.
5. Now, you will be presented with yet another screen to match up date formats. The "Examples values" will probably show dates such as "2003/09/26", yet the "Date format" dropdown will say "DD/MM/YY". You must change the dropdown to YY/MM/DD (so that it matches the example values). You must do this in two different places on the screen. Finally, click Import again.
6. Your calendar has been imported.
