    I'm experiencing downtimes.
    My clients are asking me why and I don't know what to tell 'em.
    I think the server is Meric.
    Any issue?

    Hello,

    First of all we apologize for inconvience cause but we expect you to open a ticket if you have any problem.
    The problem on meric was a massive attack to bind and we needed to fix something on named.conf..

    Here my customers are about to kill me. They do not understand about DOS.
    Can Ahosting do something more effctive to solve it?
    How other datacenters manage this situations?

    There is no fruitful static methods to get rid of a DDoS attack which is so massive in nature that being carried out from around the globe.
